Keeping a journal or finding time to write down my thoughts was not something I could ever have manage consistently before this year. Honestly, I didn’t see the purpose. However, these days with quarantine keeping me inside more than I’d like and without ways of escaping my feelings using outside stimulation, I’ve been forced to focus inward.

Finding time to write down, intentionally and clearly, what I want and how I want to make it happen has completely changed my perspective. It has also helped build my confidence and built my self-trust. When I know exactly what I want, I can take direct action. Action is what changes your life.

Use some of these journal prompts to spark ideas and just… release. Write down everything you feel and don’t judge yourself. Look inside of you and find the answers to these questions and be completely honest with yourself. It is okay for you to have needs and wants and for you to define those and speak your truth.

Enjoy! Xo
